Spending Christmas at this hotel was truly a memorable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was superb, with amazing views of the city and easy access to all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every taste, which made our mornings even more delightful.
This left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, which was a negative aspect of the trip.
